Who We Work With
We contract only with business customers buying our services for business purposes. These terms are a summary; a full Client Service Agreement is provided for signing before any work begins and prevails if there is any conflict.
Payment
The monthly website plan (£50/month) has no setup fee. You pay the first month up front, and work begins once that payment has cleared and your web address is in place. The plan is then billed monthly. For one-off build projects, setup fees are paid in full before work begins, and monthly maintenance fees are billed on the 1st of each month.
Revisions
Build projects include the revisions scoped in your written quote. We revise until the agreed scope is met.
Your Content
You provide text, images, and branding within 14 days of our agreement. We can help with copywriting and stock photos for an additional fee.
Approval
You have 7 business days to review each phase of your project. If we don’t hear back within that window, the work is considered approved.
Ownership
Your content — your words, images, branding and your web address — is yours from day one. On the monthly website plan, you can cancel at any time with no exit fee, and after twelve consecutive paid months the website we built for you becomes fully yours, to keep or take anywhere. Until that point you hold a licence to use it while the plan is active; if you cancel earlier, the site comes down and you keep your content and your web address. We retain rights to our underlying code, templates, build systems and development tools throughout — those never transfer. On one-off build projects, you receive a licence to use the delivered work for your business upon full payment.
Your Web Address
The monthly website plan includes a standard available web address (up to £20 per year), registered in your name — you are the registrant, not us, so the address is genuinely yours. If the name you want is premium-priced or already owned by someone else, buying it is your choice and at your cost. Work on your site begins once your web address is in place: for an included standard name, that happens with your first payment; for a premium name, once you have bought it. We look after the renewal while your plan is active. If you cancel, the address goes with you.
Cancellation
On the monthly website plan: cancel any time, no exit fee. Your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for and nothing further is charged; if you cancel before work has started, your first month is refunded in full. On one-off build projects: cancel before work starts for a full refund; cancel after work starts and the setup fee is non-refundable, but you receive all work completed to date.
Estimates & Quotes
Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points. Your final price is confirmed in a written quote before work begins. Audit findings and rebuild estimates are given in good faith based on the information available and do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Prices are not subject to VAT, as Rudra Digital is not VAT registered.
System Access & Data
Where a project requires access to your systems — such as your website, CRM, or automation tools — you confirm you are authorised to grant it. You remain responsible for your own backups. We take only the access needed to do the work and handle your credentials securely.
Liability
We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific revenue, search rankings, or lead volumes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that work. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Scottish law. A full Client Service Agreement is provided for signing before any work begins.
